This is an AAI approved chip timed 5km on a fast flat course, so if you are looking for a PB this is the race for you. There will be prices in all the usual categories and has attracted a large number of elite International and club athletes over the years.
You can now register online to walk the course, enjoy our hospitality & be entered in to a special raffle on the day!
Registration takes place in the Clonguish GAA community centre which is situated 3 miles from Longford Town on the N4 Sligo Road from 11am and closes at 12.30 sharp .The sat nav coordinates are N53 45.711 / W7 50.024.
Race Start:1.00pm Sharp.
There will be changing and shower facilities, post race festive refreshments and music also.
